- We do not verify competitor data or guarantee business outcomes.
- AI summaries may contain errors or bias. You must review and validate them.
- You may not use Palrox for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- All disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada only.
- No class actions, no jury trials.
- We can change these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Palrox's website, applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Palrox is operated by 17615221 Canada Inc. (Incorporation Number: 17615221), based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (collectively referred to as 'Palrox', 'we', 'our', or 'us').
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. User License and Restrictions
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our Services for competitor tracking and market intelligence.
You may not:
- Reuse, redistribute, sublicense, or exploit any Palrox-generated content commercially beyond your permitted use.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or create derivative works of our software or Services.
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or abusive purposes.
- Track competitors or use data in ways that violate third-party terms of service or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
4. User Responsibility and Account Use
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, even if done by someone else using your credentials.
5. AI Content Disclaimer and User Responsibility
Palrox provides AI-assisted tools to summarize competitor changes and generate insights. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:
- AI-generated summaries may contain bias, inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it.
- Palrox provides tools only. We do not guarantee business outcomes, competitive advantages, or any specific result.
6. User-Submitted Data and Indemnification
We do not verify competitor URLs or user-submitted data. You are fully liable, and you agree to indemnify Palrox, 17615221 Canada Inc., and our partners, from and against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use, data, or content.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Harass, impersonate, or defraud others.
- Use Palrox for spamming, phishing, or distributing malware.
- Scrape, crawl, or mine data from our Services beyond permitted use.
- Circumvent or interfere with security or authentication features.
- Engage in unauthorized access or overburden our infrastructure.
8. Feedback and User Contributions
By submitting feedback, ideas, or other content, you grant Palrox and 17615221 Canada Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use such material for improving, operating, and promoting the Services.
9. Changes to Terms & Services
We may modify these Terms and the Services at any time without notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your needs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes must be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Ontario. No class actions, no jury trials.
